I had a very hard summer lots of party etc now i wanna go back to my old me.
I wanna start with a full body split 3 times a week with 9 exercices.
Swuat, bech, military press, stiff dead legs, lateral raises, rows and reverse flys.
Im 26 185cm and weigh currenty like 98kg and im totally skinny fat.
Um thinking about vuttimg down with ketosis but my last 5 years of training consisted of ups and downs dont knoe what to do
