That being said, to prevent people from swinging their dicks around with numbers that they have no intention of honoring: Any agreed upon bet payable to charity will first require that both parties donate 10% of the wagered amount, paid up front at the start of the bet to a charity of their choosing, (a legit, 501(c)(3) charity, not something like gw7's GoFundMe a dress for jusa charity), as a good faith measure to indicate that both parties are serious and not pulling pud.

For example, a $5K bet will require that both parties first donate $500 (proof posted) to a charity to consummate the terms of the bet. At completion of the bet, the winner will be out $500, and the loser will pay the other 90%, $4500, to the 501(c)(3) charity of the winner's choosing. As usual, all terms of any bet to first be negotiated through PM without noise from the peanut gallery.

If the money is going to stress someone out, then let's go for a smaller amount that they are comfortable with losing. That's kind of key #1 to prop betting: don't wager money you can't afford to lose, and if you can't pony up 10% of $10K or whatever, then maybe hit the horse track instead? Dunno.
