McGregor is looking pretty hench right now. I don't think this fight being at WW is something random. Implying he beats Donald, I believe he intends to stay here to face Masvidal/Usman, neither of which I think he stands a chance of winning.. but I've said that many times about him in the past. We'll see what happens.

To fight at this level, you have to be elite.. Connor just moves a bit differently. He isn't really a "boxer".. He has a weird stance and really watches his opponents hands ,constantly reaching for them. When his opponent tries to stop his reach,he strikes.. He is a master at this technique.. Cerrone is elite and is no slouch..

Trying to get hype for this card, but outside of the headliner the card is just saturated with chitty wmma fights I couldn't care less to watch.
If this card actually sells PPVs it is solely on the fact that Connor and Cowboy are draws. Literally no other reason, seriously take away that fight and how many people would even watch this?
Guess we will find out how big a star the guy currently is.For every man, there is a sentence, a string of words, that has the power to destroy him

Dana White knows that Conor's hordes of nut-licking cucks will pay either way. Just look at how much money the Mayweather Conor light sparring session made thanks to the aforementioned gullible cucks who got all hot and bothered meanwhile Mayweather and Conor were laughing all the way to the bank on the same private jet. JFL.

I misread your post thinking you had said that you were hyped for this card...went to Sherdog to confirm the **** card and it was.
Even the headliner is meaningless when it comes to any implications for titles/contender. Either W/L for either fighter changes nothing matchmaking wise (title picture) for 2020.

I think people are underrating how much PRESSURE there is on Connor to WIN.
If he loses to Cowboy it will be pretty hilarious.
On one side, I want Cowboy to win because it will be hilarious but on the otherside, i'd also like to see McGregor win so he can go on to fight Masvidal. I still think McGregor will get complete dominated by Khbabib and there shouldnt be a rematch as the first one wasnt that competitive.

Cowboy can win this fight, and with relative ease, IMO. All he needs to do, is use the right gameplan. He can even win rounds standing. All he has to do, is is jab, jab, jab, and circle to his left. If he can get CM to chase, he can time a right head kick, or even possibly a takedown. CM is great at closing distance, and that is what he is going to try to do.
If Cowboy can avoid the left hand all night, he could EASILY jab CM's face to pieces.
But we know that isn't going to happen, because the UFC stands to lose millions of dollars if it does. Conor will be done as a top tier guy.
So Cerrone will lay down, collect a massive paycheck, and ride off into the sunset. Very similar in fashion to what Eddie Alvarez did. Alvarez didn't even show up that night.
There is zero chance CM loses this fight. The UFC and WME just stand to lose too much money.

I think it's deliberately set up that way for future negotiations, if the card sells well i.e. 1.5 mil+ then they get to reap the profits, however if it sells poorly (for a Conor card) then they can use that in future negotiations so they don't have to pay out as much to him. It's win win for the UFC.
