Hello, I've been lifting on and off for 6 years. I was 184lbs and my diet was a see food eat food diet. Basically ate anything. No nutrition planning and not taking it serious. Now I have been taking it much more serious with nutrition and consitency for 7 months and doing push pull legs/core days. 2x a week per body part. I lift more than when I was when I was at 184lb.
I'm 5'7, 146lbs and my 3 main lifts and 1RPM are.
Back Squats: 345lbs
Deadlift: 335lbs
Bench: 245lbs
Are these good for my height and weight? Or can I go even more? Or am I slacking?
Thank you.

Squat to depth. With only a 335 deadlift no way you are squatting that much. And your bench is suspect as well. I imagine your spotter was getting a workout in as well.

The important thing is not the weight. The really important thing is to work your heart

Hard to say. The numbers are good for your weight but we all want to see videos to judge form.
