There are women at my gym who wear pretty much exactly that, so I would say you're OK

A good number of women wear smaller tops than that at my gym, along w/ short shorts. If you don't mind being ogled by creepy guys, you prob don't need to be too concerned with skimpiness of your wardrobe at the gym.

Sure that's fine. Lots of women dress like this at my gym. I don't, but doesn't mean it's not right. Wear whatever you want as long as you're comfortable. Men are going to look whatever you wear, so it shouldn't be a factor really.

It seems ok to me, Plus it depends upon the Gym and its people, Because where I gym is the place where everyone looks you like you are from mars so they look me whether I wear Bra or a tracksuit.
So dont worry do what suits you and make you comfortable.
