Looking to put on muscle while loosing body fat

Hi All, I have been training a good few years now and have 2 personal trainer that I feel have helped slightly but not significantly,

I’m 31 years old male 5ft 11 and weigh about 180lbs, I train usually 3 days a week and try not to train 2 days in a row!
    1 day - legs
    Other 2 days would be
    - chest and back
    - bicep and triceps

I do mix this up every few weeks!

My goal is to gain muscle mass and loose body fat,

A rough daily dies would include

Breakfast: porridge with full fat milk

Lunch: x2 chicken breasts and half a cup of rice

In between snack: handful of mixed nuts

Dinner: lean mince, chopped tomatoes, mashed sweet potato

Snack before bed: 3 boiled eggs

Looking for help to see where I can improve on this, I love training but it’s hard to get the motivation when not seeing better results,

I'm going to honest. You need more volume. Plus, as a WADA tested wheelchair professional I will be honest with you. If you gain 3-5 pounds a year naturally then you have done a great job. It is the journey man, kick back and enjoy it.
