    Well most people here know that beta alanine doesn't do anything more taken pre as opposed to any other time of day so it rules that out but generally speaking with the time it takes and the overwhelming amount of options on the market I'd venture to guess that the majority including myself (without minor additions) included.

    Nope. Not worth it. At most I will add a 100-200mg of caffeine tabs to something that was low/now stim, or maybe add a little bulk citrulline. That's it.
