    Progress

    Hello. Just coming into this forum and wanted to say hello.
    I have made pretty good progress since i started lifting. Im 17 I have been lifting for a total of 7 months.
    I went from 145lbs to 170-174lbs in those 7 months. Body type is mesomorph. I am glad i went from skinny to buff.

    Please give your opinions on this and tell me what you think. Don't be a jerk lol

    Edit: Bench-200
    Deadlift-285
    Shoulders-20" with caliper 49" circumference
    Waist-31-32" circumference

    Don’t believe body types they are BS for marketing n stuff and what’s your squat? Also you shouldn’t be too worried about measurements just how you look and you look pretty aight bro

    I agree with bodytypes being BS. Just posted because people care about that stuff sometimes.
    Dont know max of my squat yet. recently joined a new gym after a long month on no lifting and they didnt have a squat rack. theyre getting one this week
    thanks for the compliment. going for 180lbs bodyweight cause i still have around like 12.5%.
