Hey everyone,
I'm a 21 Year old male, 86kgs, 28% Body fat
I am looking at a Thermogenic fat burner to help with cutting fat. Upon researching, I found these two products
Product one: Quadralean
Product Two: BCAA Lean energy
The Qudralean has CLA, Caffeine, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine.
The BCAA Lean energy has the exact same, and has the BCAA'S.
What would the point of taking the Qudralean be if I could take the BCAA and get all the same benefits of that product, plus more?
I am after Increased energy, Increased metabolic rate, Fat burning, Protein synthesis, etc.
Also, please comment what product you would choose.
Thanks!

He did answer the question - they’re both equally shite so buy neither.
CLA, Carnitine @ BCAAs are crap, especially for cutting body fat. They will do sweet FA. The caffeine won’t do much but it will actually have an effect, but I would be paying anything more than a couple of quid on coffee and/or a tub of caffeine pills.Strong & Unstable

Unless the fatburner has an appetite suppressant in it I generally dont even consider using it.
Like the others have said... caffeine is the only ingredient you mentioned that may actually have a noticeable effect.Former NCAA Division III Mens Lacrosse Player

Honestly, I haven't read much about those ingredients, but have used both. Quadralean increased my sweating very much and lean energy felt like a low stim pre-workout with increased sweating. Used it for cardio sessions.
I lift things up and put them down...

I'm obviously biased being an RSP rep but if you have any questions in regard to Quadralean please don't hesitate to reach out! I've personally had great success with it during diet phases as have my clients. It's a great supplement that will aid you but please know that it ultimately will come down to your nutrition and calorie expenditure! If you have any RSP questions at all please shoot me a PM!

Hey Bro! I used to be a big guy back in my day and let me tell you none of that is going to work. I tried every supp under the sun for dietary purposes. Honestly all you can do it eat less and exercise more. Get into a routine that will help the most once you get used to the routine you will be surprised at the progress.
