i've been drinking a grape juice and spinach smoothie in the morning, but the grape juice is giving me heartburn. is there any other liquids i can mix the spinach with as a substitute for the grape juice? all comments appreciated.

For sweetness I just prefer Skittles lol.
I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

Anything. I add frozen berries.
If you get heartburn you don't drink enough water. Little to do with grapes.Cycling, walking, swimming.

Excess fructose, acidity, and not enough fiber could certainly contribute to heartburn. Although I agree that this is likely a symptom of other food choices and maybe not enough water.Originally Posted by andy0w
