I feel like im gettting weaker with stronglifts 5x5

I have reached a point where i cant lift more than my max now. I havent been able to progress in squats or bench for past month. For example, one day i can come in and lift 45x plates and next week i can barely lift 35lb without pushing myself. I been constantly having to deload 5-10lbs every other week because it seems im not as strong as i was a week ago.Along with muscle soreness and back pains, i am constantly skipping 1 session per week that i should have been making progress. Some days i can get up to the 4th rep while others i can barely get 3.I dont know what causing me to have these set backs. Been a frustrating month of little to know progress.

    These are my current stats.

    Weight : 155lb
    5ft 9
    Squat: 180lb
    Bench: 130lb
    Deadlift 240lb

Are you eating enough? I used to be quite religious with 5x5 but I stopped the deadlifts as my back was too fried for squats, once I stopped deadlifts everything went up I seemed to plateau when I wasn’t eating enough to grow

Normally when i lift near my max, things like sleep, what i eat, my warmup, etc, start playing a bigger factor. If any of those things are off even by a little bit it can skew your numbers. it could be something as simple as you didn't get enough rest that night or didn't eat enough that day.

Are you in a caloric surplus? If you aren't that could be the reason as with losing weight, you will lose strength.

If this is not the case you might have just hit the initial plateau. You will break it, just keep putting the effort.

Once a program is no longer effective it's time to do a new style of programming. Maybe change the set and rep style or change variation of each lift.
