    Smile I need help

    I have been lifting for a while now
    I have transformed myself from 115kg to 80kg
    Whenever i eat more i feel stronger and my strength goes up in gym (i also gain fat)
    But when i start to eat less strength is not much effected in gym but i start to feel weaker in daily chores
    I want to know why is this?
    My main goal is not be super lean or something. My goal is buff physique (something like stone cold but natural ofc xD)
    My body type is endomorph.
    Any tips for workout routine/type? Diet?
    My age is 20**
