Yes, there are some very pretty women at my work. Some wear makeup but it's minimal and tasteful. Like I said, don't really see cake face much at my work or even out and about doing errands.

The difference is if guys go to the gym and remain natty, you are seeing actual tangible realizations of their genetic potential. Females can do this too. Makeup is just false advertising. Dudes could wear makeup and get surgeries too. It doesn't change their genetics.
