    Face pulls on 5x5

    Currently working through stronglifts.
Im going to be adding Facepulls at the end of session. Would day A or B take better advantage of this?

My initial thought is day B as the pulling is slightly less and Facepulls shouldn't stress the CNS too badly.

    Opinions?

the best thing you could do for yourself is to do them everyday but keep it light - sets of 15-20. its not exactly a massbuilder, more of a mobility, posture, shoulder health/alignment exercise.
haha of course it wont stress the CNS. thanks for making me laugh.

no need for every day, but lower weight /drop sets with high volume is best for this exercise, I do them on shoulder day/assisted lift day in 4 drop sets each set 10 rep intervals going down ten pounds from 80-70-60-50 lbs

I would do them but I have some healing tears in my deltoids and my right rotator cuff, I can OH press in the stronglifts 5x5 though, I have slight mobility problems and I go light, increasing weight on it when I can, the rest of the exercises follow the program exactly.
