    Question 14, cut or bulk?

    I'm 14 at 140 lbs and 5 ft 9.3 in. Should I cut or bulk? Also, should I do a five day PPL (PPLPP) or ICF 5x5. I'm focused on muscle gains

    Well, there's no way u should be cutting, I am 15 and of similar height and weight as you. I burned muscle and built body fat the first few months so I have a bit of muscle and am relatively lean. I'd say ICF 5x5, plenty of rest and good healthy nutritious food will get you a long way. Us teens can recover fast, almost as fast as a guy taking a mild steroid, ( no seriously), ICF 5x5 is better because you will get stronger, PP sucks, don't do it unless you have a specialized program for you, you will plateau sooner if you do some model's PP workout, try it at the advanced level. Remember that more strength is more muscle, and also you are looking like if you eat too much you will get obese, don't worry it's what I looked like. So yeah, do ICF 5x5, and do it intensely, take less rest than recommended, cuz ur bodytype looks to be endomorph and possibly some mesomorph.

    Get moving. Flexibility, mobility, range of motion, versatility.
    Focus on healthy diet.
    At 14 the bones are still relatively soft and growing. You could still grow to well over 6 feet.

    Focus on a healthy diet. proteins, water, vitamins, minerals.

    Look into martial arts, like classic wrestling, judo. And calisthenics. That will train your core and endurance and coordination.

    Don't cut, don't bulk. You're 14! Just eat healthy, lift weights, do sprints.
    Deadlift goal: 400 pounds

    Status: 20/11/18 - 310 pounds
