    I've lived in Asia. Drinking culture is huge over there. After work go get some Korean BBQ eat a ton and drink a ton. Yet 99.9% of people are skinny/small. lol

    But then again portion sizes are tiny compared to the West and you have to walk everywhere

    And soft drinks are terrible for you.

    Also don't understand how people get SO fat. I hate eating. I have to force myself to eat in order to bulk. Hate cooking, hate meal prepping, hate eating. I could legit eat 1-2 small meals a day and be satisfied (and crazy skinny).
    It's pretty easy for the average person to get fat living in places with tons of fast food options or just good food in general. Do you live in the mountains somewhere away from civilization? Have you ever had good tasting food before?

Given that female bodybuilders our height COMPETE in the 140s, you'd need a female bodybuilder level of muscle to have healthy body fat %. I would guess your body fat is over 30%. I don't mean to be mean at all here, but women who lift tend to delude ourselves that we have more muscle than we do.

    Also, a picture of jeans is meaningless. Jeans are vanity-sized even when the label seems like it reads inch measurements. They're rarely accurate. Body pics would be better, or some other metric like a body composition test.

    I've been lifting for a long time. I weigh 135 at 5'6''. I'm still at least 20% body fat. I looked fine at 152 but my body fat was too high to have the fit look, and the mastery of my own body weight, that I think is optimal for good health and performance.

    Yep. If you go to other countries where women are normal sized, every girl walking down the street is extremely good looking and wears normal tight fitting clothing(but they are just normal girls). Bodyfat is extremely important in terms of attractiveness of females, and the fact that everyone in the US is lowkey overweight is probably the reason people are having so few children nowadays.

    Its really strange how that works. Some people can float in the pool for hours. If I stop moving for one second I sink like a fukn stone. My dad and brother are both like this as well.

    Lift heavy and do OMAD. It worked for me. I didn't do the first bit of cardio unless you count barbell complexes. It took me from the middle of Feb til around the first of September before I had a visible 6 pack and had to lose about 35 lbs

    I might could have done it faster if I had started counting calories
