It feels almost sinful to leave any of the choices out because I would destroy all of them. I'm not even a big lobster lover, but I would definitely kill that salad. I'm a borderline purist when it comes to seafood so I typically go very spartan on my preparation... seared fish is ALWAYS my ideal choice... Salmon or Ahi with a light searing to it with teriyaki or something like sweet chili sauce is the perfect level of 'cooking'.Originally Posted by Strawng
