If it was any other team u could give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the Patriots who have a history of cheating so its hard for anyone to think that this was just a coincidence.
"During Spygate investigation, NFL found that Patriots had excuses ready in case an advance scout got caught filming another team. One of those excuses: Tell them you need the footage for a team show."

So they were filming during a game. A game. A game that had probably a dozen other cameras showing the game on tv with multiple online feeds like skycam, sideline cam, etc. And this is somehow supposed to be some egregious thing they did? LOL just LOL at the desperation of the league that even when the Patriots struggle people go to illogical lengths to discredit and claw at their two decades of dominance.

Odd how it's always the Pats that get accused of wrongdoing.
Pats fan: "Oh y'all just jealous!"
lmao!!!!!!!!!!! how about we just put an 'asterisk' on a few of their rings already. This, a multu billion dollar organization, that can't seem to get audio equipment to work properly for an opposing team to not being able to afford a pressure gauge to inflate footballs properly but they have all the money in the world for these 'film' crews. I can't think of one other superbowl team that was remotely considered a dynasty that's been embroiled in so much controversy. Huh....weird.I am Gen X Fukers!

It’s not
The media sells you all this narrative and you greedily drink it up like the sheep you are. Lots of teams get accused of chit, but it never gains any significant traction because nobody cares unless it’s the Kings of the league doing it
Your own post shows who absolutely clueless you are about anything involving their “scandals”. I’m 2007 they were caught filming on the sideline for the first game of the season. The season before that was common practice for every team, and the league said to stop. Pats didn’t, were made an example of. Then out comes a story about taping the rams walkthrough. That never happened, and a retraction and apology were later issued. You’re probably not even reading still because that would require an ounce of critical thinking.
Deflate gate was a farce from the beginning, and math has proved it. When the head referee measured them there were 2 gauges available to him. He told the league he used “gauge 1” and based on the readings it gave the majority of balls were easily in compliance. For the leagues purposes they disregarded his best recollection and said he used “gauge 2” which gave readings suggesting some might not have been in compliance. Regardless, lmfao if you’re so scared of the Pats you have to try to denigrate their accomplishments because of air pressure in footballs.
So one time, 12 years ago the Pats filmed from the sideline when they should have been literally anywhere else in the stadium where it was legal.

Knowing Belichick he probably had them do this on purpose and then tipped off the Bengals.
We know what happens when Pats are accused of stuff lately.
They're going to destroy the Bengals on Sunday, win out the season and then somehow find a way to have an offense in the playoffs and find themselves back in the Superbowl.

Not a pats fan and I still don't give a ****. Most of the communication with the QB is through the headset not through signals as opposed to the college game where they are holding up signs with emojis and ****. Does it look bad? yup.. Do i care? nope. Not even sure why'd they'd risk a penalty or loss of pick for taping the ****ty bengals who have no incentive to try to win.

"The Athletic's Paul Dehner Jr. reports the Patriots sent a three-person video crew to record Cincinnati's sideline for "about eight minutes" in Sunday's matchup against the Browns.
Bill Belichick obviously denied any involvement on WEEI-FM hours before the organization issued an official statement on Monday night claiming the production crew for their documentary on an advanced scout didn’t know the NFL policy; that of course is the exact excuse New England's videographers were told to use if asked what they were doing during the Spygate investigation."

This whole story is just weird and probably isn't going away any time soon.
Got this from the Athletic
https://theathletic.com/1447919/2019...redirected=1):
Imagine being a Bengals staff member sitting down to watch the game in the second row of the press box, when somebody sits down in front of you during the first quarter, pulls out a video camera and starts recording.
You watch and see the viewfinder locked on the Cincinnati sideline and realize the videographer is connected to the New England Patriots, wearing Boston Bruins gear.
This is what happened on Sunday in Cleveland. Unbelievably, considering the history of such offenses.
What happened next included Bengals executives getting involved, then NFL security and eventually the video being confiscated and turned over to the league, which is currently reviewing the matter. And depending on who you talk to, there are differing accounts of what happened that could be significant in determining intent.
According to sources who have viewed the tape, it shows about eight minutes of footage focusing on recording the Bengals’ sideline. It’s a direct view of the sideline as players run on and off the field and coaches make signals for plays.
This isn’t an over-the-shoulder of the advanced scout who is doing his job stuff. This is shooting the sideline. For an extended period of time. The egregious nature of the video is why it set off the firestorm it did during the game with the Bengals executives in the press box.
This account doesn’t totally reflect the Patriots’ side of the story.________
