Hello, i wanted to ask a quick question:
im missing 140gr of carbs and 400 calories from my diet and wanted to ask you guys to recommend me if possible what could i eat to fill that gap?
(except potatos, pasta, rice, oats, if thats possible)

Well you are limiting some very popular CHO foods, so I ask why can't you have those?
Bread, beans aren't on your list, lots of CHO in those or make up the calories from Pro/Fat
How did you come up with how many grams of CHO you need?
The amounts of CHO should be based on tolerance/performance; not some calculated amount per bwNASM CPT
