Surprise, surprise.
As a result of the 17 significant inaccuracies and omissions we identified, relevant information was not shared with, and consequently not considered by, important Department decision makers and the court, and the FISA applications made it appear as though the evidence supporting probable cause was stronger than was actually the case. We also found basic, fundamental, and serious errors during the completion of the FBl's factual accuracy reviews, known as the Woods Procedures, which are designed to ensure that FISA applications contain a full and accurate presentation of the facts.
We are deeply concerned that so many basic and fundamental errors were made by three separate, hand-picked investigative teams; on one of the most sensitive FBI investigations; after the matter had been briefed to the highest levels within the FBI; even though the information sought through use of FISA authority related so closely to an ongoing presidential campaign; and even though those involved with the investigation knew that their actions were likely to be subjected to close scrutiny. We believe this circumstance reflects a failure not just by those who prepared the FISA applications, but also by the managers and supervisors in the Crossfire Hurricane chain of command, including FBI senior officials who were briefed as the investigation progressed.
In the preparation of the FISA applications to surveil Carter Page, the Crossfire Hurricane team failed to comply with FBI policies, and in so doing fell short of what is rightfully expected from a premier law enforcement agency entrusted with such an intrusive surveillance tool. In light of the significant concerns identified with the Carter Page FISA applications and the other issues described in this report, the OIG today initiated an audit that will further examine the FBI's compliance with the Woods Procedures in FISA applications that target U.S. persons in both counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigations.

The details are all in there. They lied to the FISA court. They had derogatory info on their source that they didn't present. They had exculpatory info on their targets that they didn't present. They found out that their sources were bunk and they still moved to get more FISAs with the fake intel, telling the court that sources was "trustworthy and cooperative."
They fired steele but continued to launder steele's fake info through ohr of the DOJ, who had no reason at all to be involved.
THey leaked their fake news to the media and used it as if it was another source verifying their work.
They hid the fact that Page was a CIA asset used to bring down Russians.
Everything I've said for the last few years is true. It's now spelled out for you.
The predicate for opening the investigation was complete garbage. "Hey, I heard that Russia might have Clinton's emails." Instant investigation targeting 4 trump associated with foreign spies and FISA warrants? Really?
There was no factual predicate. No 5 eyes intelligence as Nunes said. Nunes memo has proven to be completely true. The Schiff memo is proven false.

Quoted for you:
Statement of U.S. Attorney John H. Durham
“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff. However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S. Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.”

Durham knows that Mifsud was western intel who planted the narrative on papadapolous, and that Downer was western intel specifically tasked at extracting that intel out for their justification of spying on trump.
We all know this already. That is was barr and durham are telling us without giving away their criminal evidence.

lol, you are too much. Well if the Barr's stooge Durham doesn't come through with indictments, I guess there'll be another investigation?
Oh, and when's McCabe getting indicted? You said your CT shill sources said he lied multiple times under oath and committed other illegal acts.Early AM workout crew.

See my post above. Horowitz can only interview people employed by the DOJ and FBI.
He was told that they heard a rumor and launched a crazy investigation into trumps team. He said "...ok. I guess..."
Barr and durham know that Mifsud and downer were foreign spies thrown at trump's team BEFORE that time. The CIA and foreign govts are involved. They have that intel. Barr and durham do not. Therefore, they have different conclusions.

Everyone agrees that the FBI committed fraud on the FISA court to spy, and continued to commit fraud on the court 4 times.
What they disagree on is if there was a factual predicate for opening the investigation. Barr and durham have the details on Mifsud. Horowitz will dodge questions on mfisud, guaranteed. Watch on Wednesday. If he does, you know they all know the truth and it's going to come out.
