So I’ve been intermittent fasting for about 4 months now. I’ve gotten far leaner than I was last winter and my waistline has dropped from a 34 to a 32. I’m a 20 year old male and I lift six times a week. I fast from 8 at night till 12 noon and typically consume around 2,000 calories a day- give or take 100. That being said, this morning, along side some scrambled eggs (two jumbo eggs and two eggs worth of egg whites) and steel cut oats, for some reason I binged almost an entire 16 oz jar of jif. There’s about 14 servings in a jar, which means I ate roughly 2,400 calories in the jar alone. My question is- should I still eat a dinner of grilled chicken and vegetables? Or should I just fast till noon tmrw? I really want to stay lean without packing on the fat again, but I also want to remain sane and not let this consume me.
