    There is no such thing as a best workout, a best exercise, or a best set and rep scheme. Better to try different exercises and see what allows you to feel a mind muscle connection the best, and then employ those exercises. Ideally, at least in theory the way I see it, at least one will involve the triceps in a stretched position overhead, one will involve a full lockouts with arms extended slightly behind your back, one will involve maximum weight with triceps in the stretched position, and one will involve maximum weight with the arms nearly locked out or fully locked out. I would generally do low to medium reps on compounds and medium to higher reps on isolation movements, but that is preference.
