    **Deadlift Form with Video**

    Hello everyone,

    Ive been back to the gym for about a month after a 4 month break with a pulled muscle in my back. This video is from today and would like opinions on my form and if my back position is good or not.

    Hips way too low, head to overextended and looks like you need to work on breathing bracing fully.
    Also only one of these is a deadlift, I wouldn't recommend Tng deadlifts for pretty much anyone
