    What exercises can get me arms like these?

    I've noticed how Giannis Antetokounmpo's arms, most particularly around the brachialis region is most defined, how can I attain arms like these, as per the photo?

    I have well developed arms with hardened muscle tissue and separation. It took at least 3-5 years with consistent progressive overload, rest and nutrition.

    To really target the brachialis you can do a variation of hammer curls where you lift it diagonally toward your opposite shoulder rather than straight out in front of you.
    I think they're called swing curls?
