How many grams is 1 dl of whey protein? Some say 50g. So that protein powder that contains 80g per 100g... 1 dl would give you 40 grams of protein. Do you think it's correct?

Hmm. 27 gram x 2 = 54 grams. So 1 dl is definitely less than 50 grams.. but not by overwhelming amount. I'll just add a little extra to my original 1 dl, before I can buy scale. Definitely need scale tho.Originally Posted by Mrpb
