So it was an okay sounding idea at first, now my stomach is paying for it. This week ive probably ate around 40 to maybe 50000 calories before starting a mini cut tomorrow. I did this because i never eat out and have a major sweet tooth. Whats the best way to recover from a 3 day binge? What helps with the bloat? As well, should I fast for the first 2 days? Or just eat under 1000 cals if im going to workout? Need advice, never shouldve started my "clean bulk". Bulking and the idea of it ****s me up, id do it of course, but with a trainer/ nutritionist to back me up.

This. If you're actually eating anywhere near 50k calories in a week, there's about a 99.99% chance you have some sort of psychological trauma that you're using food to cope with, and cutting is a temporary band-aid that is the absolute least of your worries. You need to see a therapist who specializes in eating disorders asap.
