Is it ok to mix creatine with flavored carbonated water? I bought Muscletech platinum that is unflavored.

You could mix it with beer if you wanted to. As long as it goes down your throat it shouldn't matter what you're taking it with.

Creatine might seem cool, but just like steroids, when u stop taking creatine supplements, any strength gains u got from it will go away. Better to get creatine from your diet, so that doesn't happen.Originally Posted by tonino2424
