Whats up guys. My last cutting season, I cut down to 9.68% body fat.. After that cut, I had a good foundation of muscle, 265LB bench, 15.5" Diamond cut arms.. but even at 9.68% body fat I wasn't happy with my physique. I still had fat trapped on the lower half of my body. On a good day, I had an "okay" visible 4 pack. Just starting my second cut now, I am going into this cut slowly and would really like to achieve my desirable phsique.. (16.5" Diamond cut arms, Cut all the fat off my lower body and butt unlike last cut, have 6 blocky visible abs, and maintain as much muscle as possible). My diet and macros are controlled and counted. Hears the catch.. I've never completed a single ab workout.. I always thought that lifting heaving, dead lifts, squats, etc.. would build my core strong enough for a 6 pack after a cut. Is 9.68% body fat not low enough to see all 6 abs?? And does anyone have a well recommendable ab program? A little discouraged with the results of my last bulk/cut regime.
Thanks
Chris

At 9.68% (even if you were off by several %) most ppl who lift would have pretty defined abs, and be pretty ripped generally.
If they weren't that visible last time, then it's prob worth doing some ab work on your rest days and/or after some of your workouts so that maybe the definition will be more visible - whether or not your bf % was totally accurate.
You don't sound one of those ppl whose 9.68% pic is going to be closer to 20%, but we'll see.
