    Losing that last amount of body fat

    Hi guys. Just want some help and advice for dropping these last percentages of body fat.
    I'm currently 80.5kg at 13.5%(around there) body fat. I want to drop to around 9/10% and was wondering what is the best way in doing this.
    Here are a few stats of mine:
    66.2kg Muscle Mass
    181cm tall
    21 years old
    Because of university and my part-time job I can't keep a regular schedule at the gym so any home workouts are appreciated that use HIIT or body strength.

    In January 2018 I was 106kg with 26% body fat. I know these last few percents are the hardest to drop but I have the motivation to do it!
