When I press down on my left clavicle it stings just a little bit and stings occasionally if I stretch it a certain way. I can workout through it fine and it doesnt hurt while I am lifting but should I stop working chest/shoulders in the mean time? Maybe stop doing PPLPPL? Take a few days off?
Maybe do a deload week (entire week off or reduced intensity/volume) and see how you feel after. You could prob use one if you've been doing 6-day PPL for a while.
