Hey Guys,
I recently started working out and was looking to purchase a good solid protein powder brand preferably isolate. I wanted to get your expertise on which brand and which type i should buy and MOST IMPORTANTLY " WHY" because i'm a very curious person.

Dymatize and Animal are my favorites. They mix great, taste great and have a great macro breakdown. Nutrabio is a solid company too. You can't go wrong with MuscleTech either. I'd recommend going t our store and reading the reviews. Not the ratings but the comments. Look to see if they use the powder in milk or water, how it blends with a blender or shaker bottle and stuff like that.

Any protein powder from a reputable company with availability, pricing, and flavor that suits you. Use it as needed to supplement your regular food diet to meet your daily protein macro/goal. Starting point, 0.7g/lb of protein.
I would look at
Magnum Quattro
Universal Animal Whey
bodybuilding.com signature
Dymatize ISO-100 or whey
Gaspari Precision

This. In the context of a high protein diet of varied sources, protein is protein. Meet your macro daily with whatever you like the taste of. If you need the help of protein powder, cool. Pick one that you like the taste, fits your macros and budget. Done.
The only caveat here to protein powder is beef protein powder. Do not buy."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
