    Help with fat distribution

    I'm a 19 yr old Male and im 6ft(183cm) and i store most of my fat on my thighs, butt, and hips. im not that fat so when i wear clothes it doesn't really show. im 185 lbs(84 kg's). i know that i cant spot reduce since i lost overall 65 lbs(31 kg's). but i heard putting on muscles in those areas would help, is that true? and would be your general advice other than "just keep going" cause im already planning to get to my goal weight which is 170lbs

    Just hitting your goal weight, really, is all you can do. You know you can't spot reduce so all you can do is lose fat overall.
    Just stay in a deficit, for a consistant amount of time, and you will meet your goal.
    Aim for 1lb per week loss.

    Are you weight training?
