Arrow Need a 4 Day Push Pull routine (DUP maybe?)

Can you anyone help me find a good 4 Day Push Pull routine (with leg exercises on each day)
My main goal is hypertrophy but I also want to get stronger obviously.

I'm thinking of doing a DUP style program because I am going to stall on linear progression soon

What’s your current routine? How do you know you’re going to stall.

There’s nothing magical about DUP, and most routines mix rep ranges anyway.

Right now I'm on Fierce 5 fullbody 3 times a week but I see the progression slowing down because right now I'm adding one rep one week and then the next week 2.5 kg. I can't add 2.5 kg every week and I can see myself stalling in a couple weeks probably. That's why I want a different progression style such as DUP and I heard it's really good for breaking plateaus, do you agree?
