    Recommendations on workout routine

    Hello! I haven’t been to the gym in 2yrs. A friend and I want to start going together but we only have 3 days a week, 30-45 minutes to workout. We both want to lose weight but me personally, I am so weak, tire easy, and am in constant pain everyday so I can’t do much but I want to get to where I can do more in time. What type of workout should we do with the limited time frame we have? Please list examples and explain as I am learning. Thank you!
