    13 week cut progress: 186lb to 174lb

    6'2 174lb. Been cutting for 13 weeks, aiming to continue cutting until January 1st. Any ideas on current bodyfat%?

    Focus of current cut has been to maintain strength in big 3, so far only lost 2 reps on bench press but maintained everywhere else

    Looking super lean, probably 12% although it's hard to say without knowing if you were relaxed or not. Difference maker, also your choice of lighting seems to be very favorable, but in any case you are looking exceptionally lean and athletic, so good on you.

    With your squat, your #s aren't bad and are inline with what you'd expect with a bench/dead like yours but looking at your legs, you might want to bring your legs in. Wider-out, you get good numbers (and it's perfectly fine in competition) but you won't hit your quads the same as if you narrow that stance. Take some time, get used to it, drop weight accordingly, and bring in that squat stance.

    Looking at your shoulders and chest I'd guess 10-12 but like others said hard to say with the lighting and stance. Can't believe you're only 174, you either look much bigger than you are in the pics, or you have pencil-thin legs.

    Being taller doesn't make it harder to gain mass.

    It makes it harder for the same amount of mass to make you look big. I'm 5'9", gaining 5 lb. of muscle will have a greater impact on my physique than a 6'2" guy.

    long arms, somewhat narrow clavicles. Id make it a long term goal to make my delts as big as possible...especially side delts. Become a pro at many forms of side laterals etc

    i was a curlbro for years and last bulk finally focused on squat. so i think i got it up just high enough to not really make strength (and obvi size) when at a deficit. after next bulk i think i should be truly well-rounded for the first time in my life lmfaoo

    finally brought wheels up to intermediate strength level last bulk for first time in years. so they cant really grow during cuts, so i think ill finally start evening out after my next bulk

    Lol I don’t get how lifting works.

    I’m 6’3 and at 205 with 12% body fat. So nearly same height and body fat as OP but 30 pounds more “muscle” yet his bench press is still 20 pounds better than mine. Don’t see how that makes sense in any world
