    Stack for casual lifter

I've been off lifting for around 1.5 years now and signed up for 6 month gym membership this week. I have accumulated slight belly fat and 5 pounds more weight as well than my picture here which is old. So my goal is to get stronger again and slowly reduce the waist fat as well while being natty and vegetarian. Whats 2-3 products to get to help in my journey ? Last time i only got Muscle Pharm BCAA that i used to take pre and post-workput and it did help in not ever being sore. What should i get now ? Whey + BCAA ? or something else ?

Keep in mind that diet overrules any supps our there. Your discipline and focus will lead to far better results than supps will.

I know that everyone wants to think that this supp, that sup will give me this......but diet will give give you the results you're asking about.

If you have bodyfat you need to lose, you need to be in a caloric deficit; that's all there is to it.

Why not BCAA than whey? I thought they are absorbed faster than whey. Plus its cheaper as well. I can get 60 BCAA servings at less than half the cost of whey servings.

Free form aminos can be detrimental and generally aren’t recommended unless you’re a company rep.

As per your other post, no need to supplement glutamine either.

Company rep checking in and saying avoid free-form amino acids. If you're meeting your macro daily, you're getting plenty of amino acids. Let's assume you were on to something with your "improved absorption" though. The protein you're eating and have eaten previously had all the amino acids. Supplementing extra isn't going to make them better.
