Hi. So I'm looking for a program that focuses on every part of each muscle of the body equally. For example, one that has exercises for all 3 heads of the triceps, all 3 sides of the shoulders, every part of my legs, every part/ side of my biceps, etc. Something more advanced that can create a aesthetically "perfect" body. The idea is to workout all (or most) muscles in my body, including even forgotten muscles like the forearms and calves. Anyone can recommend a program like that? Thanks
