I wake up anywhere's between 3 and 4am and workout first thing in the morning. Sometimes in the gym before 4.

    It's not complicated.

Workout at whatever time you want.
    - Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

    Anytime it suits you, basically.

I too wake up very early in the AM and am not home until 6.30 or 7 PM - and I workout directly after that, sometimes until 8.30 - 9 PM. Whatever fits your needs.

Send us a list of other activities too like eating, going to the bathroom, shopping for groceries etc and we'll see what scheduling suggestions we can come up with. It's what the forum is for after all

Well you have all the time on the earth!!!

You wake up at 04:00 and are finished by 6:30 damn only 2.5hrs a day taken up by work lucky for some :-)

Well my suggestion would be sometime when you aren't at work as generally its frowned upon to be at the gym whilst getting paid....... Except for a lucky few like me who work on call, one perk of the job.
