    Smile UPPER BODY WORKOUT - 18 years old

    THE WORKOUT:
    WARM UP
    BENCH PRESS 3X3 + SUPERSET
    INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS 4X8
    CABLE FLIES 3X10
    BENT OVER ROWS 4X8
    LAT PULL DOWN 4X12
    MACHINE ROW 3X10
    TRICEP DIPS 4X12
    CLOSE GRIP PULL UPS 3X8
    HAMMER CURL DROP SET AMRAP

    This is a high volume, mass building, upper body workout. Aim is to put on size and gain strength. the 3x3 bench press is to increase strength, and the high rep drop sets are to increase muscular mass and endurance. It is my favourite upper body workout to maximise mass. Hope you like it, leave any feedback and questions in the comments.
