Hi All. I've been training for almost 4 years relatively seriously, spinning my wheels earlier than that for like 3 years. I'm severely underwhelmed with my progress especially compared to other people who have put in less time for better results. I'm currently bulking and plan to get to around 175-180 before cutting. Current routine has been Lyles generic bulking routine for almost a year now. I don't want to cut again and have low mass and am tired of being small. I consume around 180-200 g of protein, 80g of fat and the rest is carbs. Bulking on 2600-2800 cal. Stats
