    Unhappy Need help badly

I've been working out for close to 2 years and I have seen little progress in gains besides some muscle on my biceps (not a lot btw). I have a super bad/weird body type and I hate it. I can't take off my shirt in front of people because I look so bad. I am 17 5'10 and 150-155lb and not overweight nor underweight. I have also been in the army for the past year and have had no problems with the physical training, but despite that my body stayed the same.

I have tried different diets but my weight shouldn't be the problem and I consume a lot of protein on the daily.

My shoulders, lats and traps continue to not grow in size and same with my triceps.

I think I'm skinny fat but have no clue whether to bulk or cut first.

Will try to link pics of self flexing and not flexing

What sort of workout routine have you been on for the past two years?

Hire a professional trainer, they are pros. They know what works

What does your job consist of? How much time can you consistently dedicate to training and what can your diet / rest look like?

Sounds like poor food quality and lack of consistency and intensity. What program have you ran and how much have your lifts increased.
160 lbs and jacked is about as impressive as D cups on a 300lb woman

I didn't see that you're 17, give it 2 more years of hard lifting and you'll be fine. Eat healthy with plenty of protein and gain 20lbs. 150 at 5'10" is skinny.
