Hi everyone, could you please help critique my deadlift. I have long legs and the weight is 115 lbs. Watching the video myself, I believe my hips might be too high. Thanks for the help.
Yup, I think you are right, hips too high. Your legs are almost straight, so your lower back has to do the whole lift. If you lower your hips, your torso can be more upright, and you can get some leg drive to help lift the weight.
