    1 week away from a month of clean bulking

    Already seeing more definition and size in my chest, back, neck, and arms. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal. Minimal fat gain as well due to going back to my cardio routine from boxing. I got way to skinny cutting for 4 to 5 months eating a little under 2000 cal, down to 140. Now Im almost a week away from being 145, I gain honestly pretty fast, realized this when I bulked for football, 160, went to 190 in 4 to 5 months(dirty bulk was included) injured my knee sophmore year, got fat and went up to 210, started exercising more junior year, properly learned to cut my senior year. Went from about 180 to 140 over 5 months, my goal weight in the next possible year or so is 170 to 190 of lean muscle. Mainly need the strength so I can chase my dream of going into Airforce Special Reconnaissance, but starting out as Security forces for collegiate reasons to get my degree. As well I wanna box at heavyweight/cruiserweight again. I may be quicker now, but I still know how to move my weight even at 190. This maybe a long rant but, Im actually feeling better now knowing Im making progress pretty quickly. Will post pics soon
