I will be 52 years-old in a few weeks and the endorphins/testosterone or whatever released during lifting along with the music blaring in my headphones makes me feel like a teenager!

Why I Workout At Home
Bodybuilding is much more than an hour in the gym a few days a week---it's a lifestyle that changes all your perceptions about how to live, eat, and rest. It feeds the mind as much (and sometimes more so) than the body.

And yes I actually do this between every set whether the camera is on or not. Hence - why I workout at home.

What I wanna know is who's the commie bastard who gave you a thumbs downs on that vid?
This above all..
To thine ownself be true..
And it must follow, as the night the day..
Thou can'st not then be false to any man..

LOL - was not expecting that.
I have a gym at home that I built mainly for my wife, but also to accommodate my stuff should the need arise. I work from home so by the end of the day I really make effort to drive 5 min. to the gym and pretty much always go out instead of just lifting here. It's nice to get out. Anyway, yesterday I had evening plans and had to lift at home. We've got a nice sound system set up down there so I absolutely cranked it and broke in some new equipment I hadn't even used yet. Plus one of my dogs kept me company. Not bad at all in the way of perksLifting. Hockey. Headbanging.

She definitely just shakes her head. I was serious that I really do dance around between sets, I mean what else are you going to do? Just stand there? Of course not after heavy squats and I did have a couple clips of me just catching my breath between sets but that’s boring so I took them out.
I really do get amped up when lifting and am usually still dancing around a little when I come upstairs when I still have my headphones in. And the wife and the kids just laugh and shake their heads.
I don’t care if anyone else thinks it’s stupid, we only get one life so we might as well have fun and enjoy it!Bodybuilding is much more than an hour in the gym a few days a week---it's a lifestyle that changes all your perceptions about how to live, eat, and rest. LMAO, I am going to have to remember to block you on any posts where I share videos in here from now on LOL.
That’s freaky seeing my mouth move like that and the wrong voice. Pretty good there Dave, I am going to have to come up with something for payback one of these days. But my video editing skills are not on par...
I shared pics from my 3 year progress thread and I took some videos of a few poses also. I was thinking of sharing that video but now I will be nervous LOL. Maybe you can super impose me into the Mr Olympia or something ha!Bodybuilding is much more than an hour in the gym a few days a week---it's a lifestyle that changes all your perceptions about how to live, eat, and rest.
