My name is Mason, I am 16 years old and I've started to work out every day for 45 days straight. The problem I am running into though is gaining mass. I have begun mass consumption of peanut butter and honey sandwiches and I drink C4 before almost every workout which has creatine in it. When I started working out, I had a hard time benching the bar, but this is where I am at now in terms of PRs:
3x12 Tricep Cable Pull Downs for One Arm (30lb)
3x12 Barbell Curls (10lb on each side)
3x12 Dumbell Hammers (25lb)
3x12 Bench Press (25lb on each side)
3x12 Bent Over Barbell Rows (50lb)
3x12 Front Plate Raises (5lb)
3x12 Bent Over Plate Delta Flys (5lb)
3x12 Plate Delta Flys (5lb)
3x12 Leg Press (45lb on each side)
3x12 Squat (25lb on each side)
5x20 Max Incline Sit-Ups
I have gained 12lbs since I have started which is good, but I want to gain more weight. Additionally, I am trying to find new workouts for my legs. My arms have gained a lot more mass and I have a much stronger core, but I want bigger legs. If anyone could provide some assistance, that would be fantastic. Thanks!
