Will Glycine help with deep sleep?

As the title state. Will Glycine help with deep sleep? I have no trouble with falling at sleep. But i wake up -+ 6 times at night lately.

For example last night, i felt a sleep at 11P.M and i was awake at 00:30.

I doubt it. In fact it's probably better to avoid eating anything much for several hours before bed. Especially highly processed carbohydrate or protein fractions. The reason for this is that your insulin sensitivity is poor in the evening/night time - so you can get blood sugar swings that will wake you up.

Eating late or alcohol consumption does exactly this for me. Better to have a wholefood meal at 5-6pm then nothing until the next day. Usually sleep hygene applies - minimise exposure to blue light in the evening etc.
