I am doing pavels bear program using overhead press and deadlift. Monday overhead press. Wednesday. Deadlift. Friday. Over head press. I started off conservative and plan to run this for 8 weeks. Today I worked up to 20 sets of 5 on overhead press and end with some pullups. I will let community know about the progress. I decided to go minimalist because I feel that is what is easiest to accomplish as well as two of my favorite exercises for developing a physique.
