    Question Is this program enough?

    I started highschool a few months ago and dont have hours to train. I recently came across a program that seems promising and is very time efficient but I am i a bit unsure if its enough and if i'd be adequately hitting every muscle group. (full body 3x week)

    Workout A
    Squat 3x5
    Bench 3x5
    Weighted chin ups 3x5
    Isolation of choice any reps and sets

    Workout B
    OHP 3x5
    Deadlift 3x5 (I'd swap out since I'm not confident in deadlifting . Dont wanna screw my back)
    Chin up 3x5
    Isolation of choice any sets and reps

    It it bad that you wouldn't be hitting a chest exercise and shoulder exercise every workout? Is the rep and set range good?
