We are back.
Please think of your macros that you usually eat the most.
Then list a:
1- Protein dish/food
2- Fat dish/food
3- CHO dish/food
4-And as we tell others on here.......Any other macro you prefer. (Pro/Fat/CHO)
So 4 total choices.
Please try to be flexible and not use others choices if at all possible, because as always, duplicates will be combined.
(Except for Adam and The Shadow cause we know they are in synch food wise )
I'll begin posting JPGs tomorrow and voting will begin.

Beef Jerky (not a dish but it's amazing)Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I am sure her royal highness enjoys it as she actually has a cattle farm with Jersey cows

For you snailsrus its like drinking pure creamy gold. The milk is a lot thicker and contains a higher fat contents which is the best part, once it settles it separates leaving a creamy skim on the top. Imagine drinking milk with clotted cream and you have a similar taste and texture. It is similar to raw milk just a little more creamy and pasteurised.Last edited by hardyboysare; 12-04-2019 at 11:24 AM.
