    Help with Program

    How does my program look?

    Push 1:
    Bench 5/3/1 or OHP 3x5
    Seated Press 3x8-12 or Bench 3 x 8-12
    Incline Press 3x8-12
    Chest Fly 3x8-12
    Tricep Exten 3x8-12
    Lat Raise 3x12-15

    Pull 1:
    Deadlift 1x5 or BB Row 3x5
    Barbell Row 3x8 or Deadlift 1 x 5
    Chin up 3x5-8
    V-Bar PD 3x8-12
    Incline Curl 3x18-12
    Hammer Curl 3x8-12

    Legs:
    Squat 3x5
    Leg press 3 x 8-12
    Superset:
    Hamstring curl 3x8-12
    Leg Exten 3x8-12

    Weight 170lb

    that looks like a decent all round programme. I have posted a programme on youtube for strength and size building if you are interested. the channel is "monty maginn" the video is called UPPER BODY WORKOUT
